rentready / For gas, EICR and EPC firms
A free landlord database checker with your firm's name on it
Make a link to rentready that shows your business name and phone number. When a landlord you send it to finds a gas safety record, EICR or EPC that runs out before their registration deadline, your number sits right next to it. Free, no sign-up, and it takes a minute.
Why landlords will need you this winter
From 15 December 2026 every private landlord in England must register each let property on the landlord database (PRS Database), region by region, and upload a current gas safety record, EICR and EPC with each one. The West Midlands registers first, by 14 March 2027; London is last for most, by 14 October 2027. Our analysis of the government's EPC tables found about 243,000 rental EPCs reach ten years old before their region's deadline. Landlords who check early book early.
Send it with your next certificate
Paste the link into the email or text that carries the certificate, or print the card below and leave it with the landlord. The card gives the short address, which anyone can type, plus your name and number.
