The check runs in your browser

The property names, postcodes and certificate dates you enter are processed by JavaScript on the page, in your browser. We do not receive or store them. Your list is saved in your browser's local storage so it is there next time; clear it by removing the properties or clearing site data for this site.

Postcodes are sent to postcodes.io

To find each property's region, the page sends the postcode, and nothing else, to postcodes.io, a free postcode lookup service. That request comes from your browser, so postcodes.io sees your IP address and the postcode, under its own terms. The command-line and MCP versions make the same lookup unless you pass a region.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address when you load a page; see GitHub's privacy statement. We do not have access to individual visitor logs.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

rentready sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Downloads

The calendar file, CSV and registration pack are created in your browser and saved straight to your device.

GitHub issues

If you contact us or register interest through a GitHub issue, what you write is public on GitHub and handled under GitHub's terms. Do not post addresses or other personal details there.

The hosted monthly watch

The paid watch is not on sale yet. Before it is, this page will say what it stores (your properties and email address), where, for how long, and how to delete it.
